One of the first flowers I ever painted was a Anthurium, or Laceleaf. It was while I was doing the SBA Distance Learning course and we had to paint a page of different flowers. The flowers were a bit hit and miss.. but this one I remember was a hit.. turned out great ..some of the others, not so much!!

It’s been a while since my SBA course days and still painting shine on a flower can be a bit of a challenge.. one that I wanted to revisit!!
